200-hr Teacher Training
The Yoga of Embodiment
This 200 hr YTT gives any student the basics on how to skillfully practice and teach yoga asana, breathing techniques, and more. The training focuses on trauma informed practice, turning toward our experiences with curiosity, following the breath in movement, and investigating the mind-body through sacred literature.
300-hr Teacher Training
The Heart of Embodiment
This advanced teacher training is for the individual who has completed a 200 hour YTT and would like to deepen their understanding of the following pillars:
-
Body: Asana, breath, and movement
-
Mind: Tantra: the sacred texts, subtle body, and non-dual inquiry of this extraordinary system
-
Spirit: Trauma informed yoga through practice, Yoga Nidra, applied physiology, and concentration
-
Heart: The heart is the source of the heartbeat, which is the blueprint. It expands and contracts. The breath expands and contracts. The body expands and contracts. The universe expands and contracts. Together, we investigate this truth.
